No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Pre-Order Policy
Minks operates on a pre-order basis. The production of your clothing will take 4 days. Once your items are made, shipping will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Exceptions
We will only consider exceptions to this policy in the event of damaged or defective items. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
