Our standard pre-order window is 2 to 3 weeks. Most orders are fulfilled and shipped well before the 3-week mark. However, we quote this timeline to provide a buffer in case of unforeseen delays in production or shipping. Rest assured, we’re always working to get your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality we’re known for.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through pre-order are final. As a small, growing brand, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. However, we do allow exchanges for unworn items if your order doesn’t fit as expected. If you're unsure about sizing, please refer to our size guide or contact our customer support before placing your order — we’re here to help you get it right the first time.
